so it is officially spring and it's awesome. Ok, it was really cold and windy today, but we DID have a great BBQ/potluck this weekend and it was lovely (pics on my flickr if you're interested). We were able to sit on the deck and have a fire in the 'pit and it was an all-around good time. I think everyone enjoyed themselves, I know I did!

and the same plants a few weeks ago, below. My camera battery is dead, but these are Allium and they have gotten even bigger by now -- they will be huge!
